Our mission

PayTracc exists so employees can see a clear, honest picture of their pay from their employer — from the first shift logged to the payslip they receive. Too many people guess at leave balances, miss overtime, or cannot explain a payslip. We built an app that makes your salary understandable, not intimidating.

Product philosophy

We believe checking your pay should work the way people actually work — on their phones, across multiple jobs, with award rates that change and pay cycles that do not wait. PayTracc is mobile-first and built around Australian realities: fortnightly cycles, award rates, overtime, sleepovers, and workers with more than one employer.
